About Us
Our Story
Founded in 2005, Y&L General Construction began as a small residential construction company built on hard work, craftsmanship, and a commitment to doing every project the right way.
What started with residential framing and repair work steadily grew through dedication, reliability, and the trust of clients across the Carolinas.
Over the years, Y&L General Construction expanded its services and capabilities, transitioning into the commercial construction industry while continuing to uphold the same values the company was founded on. Today, Y&L proudly provides a wide range of construction services including framing, carpentry, drywall, siding, repairs, and commercial specialty work throughout the East Coast.
Our Foundation
Driven by strong leadership and hands-on industry experience, the company has built a reputation for quality workmanship, professionalism, and problem-solving. As the company continues to grow, Y&L remains grounded in the principles that shaped its foundation — integrity, accountability, and pride in every job completed. From residential beginnings to large-scale commercial projects, Y&L General Construction continues to expand its reach while maintaining the family-oriented culture and work ethic that define the company today.
